Prism, the parent company of OYO, reported a net profit of Rs 994 crore in fiscal year 2026, more than quadrupling from Rs 245 crore the previous year, driven largely by its North America business. The hospitality technology firm’s consolidated revenue rose 50% year-on-year to Rs 9,358 crore, while EBITDA more than doubled to Rs 259 crore, according to its annual report.
The FY26 net profit included a deferred tax credit of Rs 678 crore; excluding this, Prism’s profit stood at Rs 316 crore. The company’s growth was fueled by higher business volumes, increased contributions from premium properties and company-serviced hotels, operating leverage across markets, and the first full-year impact of G6 Hospitality, a US-based motel chain acquired in 2024. G6 Hospitality added 70 new storefronts during the year.
Prism’s gross booking value (GBV) surged 89% to Rs 30,683 crore in FY26 from Rs 16,279 crore a year earlier. G6 Hospitality contributed Rs 14,107 crore in GBV, up from Rs 3,529 crore in FY25. The company now generates over 80% of its revenue from global operations, reflecting its international expansion beyond its origins as a budget hotel aggregator in India.
The company’s annual report highlights the growing importance of its North American business and premium offerings in driving profitability. Prism’s financial results for FY26 underscore its transition into a global hospitality technology player, with the next major milestone being its planned initial public offering.
