Furniture rental startup Furlenco reported a net profit of ₹59.5 crore for fiscal year FY26, a nearly 20-fold increase from ₹3.1 crore in FY25, according to inc42.com. The Bengaluru-based company’s operating revenue rose 61.9% year-on-year to ₹370.4 crore, up from ₹228.7 crore the previous year. Total income, including other sources, increased 56.4% to ₹375.4 crore in FY26.

Furlenco’s revenue growth was driven primarily by its furniture and office equipment rental business, which accounted for 92% of its operating revenue at ₹341.1 crore. Rental income jumped 64% year-on-year, while revenue from furniture sales grew 38% to ₹29.4 crore. The startup’s EBITDA nearly doubled to ₹129.5 crore, with its margin expanding to 35.01% from around 29% in FY25. Founded in 2012, Furlenco operates a subscription-based platform offering over 300 SKUs across 28 cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.

The startup has raised over $290 million in total funding, including ₹125 crore during FY26 to support market expansion, product innovation, and technology upgrades. Furlenco’s revenue has more than doubled over the past two fiscal years, increasing from ₹140 crore in FY24 to ₹370.4 crore in FY26. The company’s growth reflects rising demand for flexible furniture rental solutions in India’s urban markets.

Furlenco’s latest financial results underscore its strengthening market position as it continues expanding in existing and new cities. The company’s focus on subscription-driven rental services and technology investments contributed to its improved profitability and revenue scale in FY26.
